RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS POLICY

Recovery Systems wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. We promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, if you are not satisfied with our products, we are here to help and want to quickly correct the problem.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the products for a refund or exchange.  You have up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the time you receive your products to initiate a return. For any undamaged products, simply return it with the original receipt and original packaging with its included accessories, free gifts and products sold in a bundle within fourteen (14) calendar days you received the product. You are responsible for return shipping and the freight costs.

If the products are incorrectly shipped, defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label for the return. Replacement will be done as soon as possible and we will pay for the shipping costs on the new items. In all other cases, you are responsible for return shipping and the freight costs.

To return a product, please email us at [email protected] or submit a Contact Us Form on our website, we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for refund and exchange.

We do not accept any returns after fourteen (14) calendar days from the time you receive your products.

EXCHANGE

If there is a difference in the price of the products being exchanged, you will be responsible for the top up costs.  Additionally, you are responsible for the cost of shipping on your exchanged and new items. 

If you exchange to a lower-value product, we will refund you the price difference. However, you are responsible for the cost of shipping on your exchanged and new items. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

If the product is returned within the fourteen (14) calendar day’s timeframe, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. However, please note that the shipping charges incurred are non-refundable. 

Your refund will be issued after we received the products at our office. The refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

For PayPal payment, refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in the currency you originally selected.

For cash payment, bank transfer or Cheque payment, you will need to provide us with the following bank details:

  • Bank Code:
  • Branch Code:
  • Email Address:
  • Contact Number:
  • Reason for returns: 

Please note that the refunds can only be remitted to a bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Details indicated on the Invoice. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for Recovery Systems to post the refund to your bank after we receive the required information. 

If you purchased your products from a Recovery Systems reseller in your own country, you can return it to the reseller in the same country for an exchange. Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
