Rental Policy

1. Security Deposits
   All rentals require a security deposit. The standard security deposit rate is 100% of the regular price of the Recovery Systems. The full amount is to be charged prior to shipping or delivery. It shall be paid via bank transfer and the security deposit will be credited via bank transfer when the rental is completed, provided all items are returned in proper condition.
2. Rental Fees
   Our rental fees are determined on a ONE (1) month basis. If the rental time exceeds the agreed upon rental period, an additional ONE (1) month will be charged. The rental rates and charges are listed in the “Recovery Systems Rental Rates & Charges” (refer to below). If additional rescheduling of a rental period is required, please contact Tarakona Pte Ltd prior to the rental expiry. Rescheduling must be approved for late fees not to occur.
3. Cancellation Fees
   Renter may cancel this order twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled delivery of the Recovery Systems, at no cost to the Renter. In the event Renter cancels this order within 24 hours of signing, Renter shall pay Tarakona Pte Ltd a cancellation fee equal to one rental day.
4. Damaged or Lost Fees
   Normal wear and tear on the device is expected and won’t incur extra charges. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will incur damage charges above the security deposit.
5. Option to Purchase
   Renter will be given an Option to Purchase the Recovery Systems at the end of the renal period. All the rental fees paid towards the equipment rental will be used to offset the full price of the Recovery Systems. If the Renter opts out of the purchase option, the balance of security deposit less the rental fees incurred for the rental period will be refunded, provided that all items are returned in good condition.
6. The additional conditions outlined above have been reviewed and accepted as part of this Agreement.

The products sold hereunder and any other products sold by Recovery Systems have been subject to limited testing and are not to use as a replacement or alternative to qualified medical diagnosis and treatment. The medical information is provided as an information resource only, and is not to be used or relied on for any diagnostic or treatment purposes. This information is not intended to be patient education, does not create any patient-physician relationship, and should not be used as a substitute for professional diagnosis and treatment.

Recovery Systems does not grant, explicitly or implicitly, to any party any patent rights, licenses, or any other IP rights, whether with regard to such information itself or anything described by such information. Information provided in this document is proprietary to Recovery Systems, and Recovery Systems reserves the right to make any changes to the information in this document or to any products and services at any time without notice.
