Recovery Systems Sport Launches Its 2027 Compression Range for Athletes, Healthy Ageing and Everyday Wellness
Last Updated::

SINGAPORE, 14 October 2026: Recovery Systems Sport, the Singapore-headquartered recovery technology company, today announced its 2027 compression range. The redesigned Black Max Pro leads the range, alongside HiFive, the company’s tube-free compression boots. Both are available from 14 October 2026 at recoverysystemssport.com and through partners in more than 30 countries.
Compression recovery started with athletes, but today’s users are far more varied. The 2027 range is built for triathletes and runners, and equally for active adults who want to keep moving well as they get older, people on their feet all day, frequent flyers and anyone building a regular wellness routine at home.
Black Max Pro 2027 Model
The Black Max Pro Legs Set and Pants Set have been redesigned for 2027:
- Six overlapping chambers for sequential compression from the foot upward, with the Pants Set extending coverage to the hips.
- 30–250 mmHg pressure range, six programmes and adjustable hold time.
- App control, with over-the-air updates.
- A removable 4-hour battery for cordless sessions at home, at the race venue or on the road.
- 360° full-wrap, pre-inflated cuffs for consistent coverage and quicker setup.
HiFive: Tube-Free Compression Boots
HiFive takes the hoses and pump unit out of the equation. Each boot is self-contained, so you can put them on and start a session in seconds.
- Five independent chambers per boot.
- Five recovery modes and 22 pressure levels from 30 to 250 mmHg.
- Built-in USB-C rechargeable battery. 2 hours of use time.
- Compact and travel-friendly, with no tubes or power leads on the floor.
Beyond Sport: Healthy Ageing and Everyday Wellness
Staying active is one of the best things people can do as they age, and how they feel between sessions has a big say in whether they keep going. Both systems give people a simple, relaxing way to look after their legs as part of a daily routine:
- Active ageing: a comfortable way to unwind tired, heavy-feeling legs after a walk, a round of golf, a gym class or time in the garden, so the next session feels easier to start.
- Long days on your feet: for nurses, retail and hospitality staff, teachers and anyone who ends the day with aching legs.
- Travel: a session before or after a long-haul flight or a long drive, with HiFive compact enough to pack.
- Rest and relaxation: a quiet 20 to 30 minutes with your feet up, built into an evening wind-down routine.
- Wellness settings: day spas, wellness centres, retirement and active-living communities, corporate wellness programmes and hotels.
The adjustable pressure levels mean sessions can be kept gentle and comfortable, and the app and simple controls make the systems easy to use for people who are new to compression. The Black Max Pro and HiFive are wellness and recovery devices, not medical equipment. Anyone with a medical condition should check with their doctor before use.
Which One Is Right for You?
The Black Max Pro suits athletes who want the most control and coverage, as well as facilities running regular sessions. HiFive suits anyone who prioritises speed, portability and simplicity. Both are available to individual customers and to commercial facilities, including gyms, sports clubs, physiotherapy and performance studios, wellness centres and spas, active-living communities, corporate wellness programmes and event recovery zones. A Word from the Founder
“I started Recovery Systems in 2016 because elite athletes had world-class training, but the recovery technology was stuck behind clinic doors. Today, our customers include Ironman athletes and people who simply want to keep walking, golfing and travelling as they get older. I’m 67 and still training, so I understand both. The new Black Max Pro is the most capable system we’ve built, and HiFive is the easiest way to recover anywhere. Both fit around real life,” said Michael “Coach Mike” Lyons, Founder and CEO of Recovery Systems Sport.
